Yes. GT Connect runs in a modern phone browser, so drivers need an Android phone or iPhone with mobile data.
Calls adapt to the network, but very weak coverage will still drop calls, as with any internet calling. A relay helps on strict networks.
Not yet. Calls to outside numbers and number masking are on the roadmap and need a phone-number provider.
