Terms of service

1. Who we are

GT Connect ("GT Connect", "we", "us") provides business communication software: team calling, video, screen share, chat and related features. These terms apply to the GT Connect app at gt-connect.pages.dev and to this website.

2. Accepting these terms

By using GT Connect you agree to these terms. If you use GT Connect for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. What the service includes

Features are labeled on this website as Available, Beta, Coming soon or Roadmap. Only Available features are part of the service today. Beta features are offered for testing, may change, and may have problems. We do not promise that Coming soon or Roadmap features will launch on any date, or at all.

GT Connect does not currently connect to the public telephone network. It cannot be used to call emergency services. Always use a regular phone to call emergency services.

4. Your account and your team

• Keep your access details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using them.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
• Give accurate information when you request a workspace.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use GT Connect to break the law, harass people, send spam, record people without the consent the law requires, interfere with the service, try to access data that is not yours, or resell the service without our written agreement.

6. Your content

Messages, files and other content you put into GT Connect remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you. Call audio and video are not stored by us.

7. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are not on sale yet; prices shown on this website are indicative. When paid plans launch, the price, billing period and any taxes will be shown before you agree to pay.

8. Availability

We work to keep GT Connect running well, but we do not currently offer a service level agreement. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, network problems or reasons outside our control.

9. Limits of our liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero on the Free plan).

10. Ending your use

You can stop using GT Connect at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must do so by law. We will tell you first where we reasonably can.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use GT Connect after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes.
