Accessibility statement

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use the GT Connect website and app, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a skip link.
  • Menus, tabs, accordions and carousels that work with a keyboard.
  • Visible focus indicators and text contrast that meets AA.
  • Carousels you can pause, and animations that respect the reduced-motion setting.
  • Forms with labels, clear error messages and status updates for screen readers.

Known limits

  • Illustrations of the app are simplified drawings, described with text alternatives rather than reproduced in full.
  • The app is available in English only for now.

Feedback

If something is hard to use, please tell us through the contact form. Start your message with "Accessibility" and we will prioritize it.
