FAQ
Standard HTTPS (443) for the app and signalling, plus the UDP ports WebRTC uses for media. On networks that block UDP, the TURN relay carries media over allowed ports once it is switched on for your workspace.
Call audio and video are not stored; they flow between browsers. Account and chat data is stored with our database provider. See the Trust center and Privacy policy for details.
